VClass Updated. January 2010

- French language Added

FMPMC(UPMC), France uses VClass

FMPMC(UPMC) one of the largest universities teaching science
and medicine in France had been using VClass for their
Distance Education for satellite school in Cambodia.

A French version of VClass is undergoing implemnetation
and is to be deployed by the Franco Virtual University for
Medicine in their work for Africa

VClass LMS 2.1.0 Update

will be released in 2005 December. The following new features and functionalities have been added:

Course Board - improved threaded discussion with unlimited threading, supporting file attachments and poll questions
Tools - new functionality for instructor to manage forums and groups
Integration with Mobile VClass – extension to the VClass LMS, the mobile classroom application allows instructors and students to attend classes at any location using SIP-server technology

VClass LMS Update

has been updated to conform to SCORM 1.2 RTE on August 26, 2005. User interactions and a lot more have been added allowing VClass to view SCORM conformant courses. With this new update, the Interactive Course Assesment will be on development giving VClass LMS added functionality. The Interactive Course Assesment will be SCORM 1.2-conformant and will have 5 types of assessments, namely, choice, true-false, fill-in, matching, and sequencing.
